USA U23 were defeated by Honduras, 2-1, in CONCACAF men's Olympic qualifying semi in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mexico bet Canada 2-0 in the other semi. 

I think both semi winners qualify for Tokyo.

Old mate Anthony Hudson is co coach USA U20s.
