Conchie was one of, if not NZ's best player at last year U20 WC. He only seemed to get cameos for the Nix last season, mostly when they were away under the pump trying to protect a lead, lying deep. He did have that one notable costly error being slow to try close down Doka at Gosford.
But he'll have some quality players around him in Bell, Garbett & Singh. Hopefully he comes back to the Nix a better more confident player.
