Mistakes happen. They are sometimes inevitasble and unpreventable, individuals at fault, systems errors, broken fax machines/dodgy carrier pigeons, whatever.
What is so frustrating about NZF is that they fail to learn from any mistake or error. There is an absolute lack of accountability/responsibility/transparency. I think this is what most people are sick of.
If they just put there hands up, admitted fault when they were in the wrong and moved on learning from it then most of us would be happy with that.
I find myself in the uncomfortable position of agree with you Doc D.
