Some people here think pro footballers are always better than amateurs and that's not 100% right. Usually the main difference is in terms of physical ability, but that doesn't mean pros will always be more capable than amateurs. Specially considering where some of NZ pros come from (the A-League has a 6 months pre season). I'm not saying amateurs are better than pros, but in some cases the gap ia not that big.

Having said that, IMO we should win it anyway. Even if we had 23 amateur players, we have a better league and a greater football tradition. I understand some people concerns but even with our weakest squad ever we have only conceded once (a pen) and won all 4 four matches. I think whether NZ win it or not will depend on NZ, not getting nervous and just scoring an early goal to make them nervous.
