 I'm not sure how much our formation is causing our issues or that we just arent at the level they are and they are waaay more cohesive than us.

I like Lewis really trying to stretch the game and move the ball around when he gets on it.  Midfield doing pretty well to keep the ball moving when they do get it.

Damn Korea really can carve us apart even when we have 10 at the back

We had our moments and I'm not really sure we should change our formation just yet but are we playing for the point or the win?

Pronunciation guide for Pjnaker and Woud? The US commentators I have heard saying Pie-nanker and Woeood.

Very frustrating game to watch but maybe that's the key for the Olywhites into getting Korea to make mistakes. Anyway that's my positive spin on the game so far.

Pretty happy with that, we had our moments and weren't massively outclassed. Really missing Singh though.

Most of this team was part of the side at the u20 WC playing so well under Des. Why couldnt we have set up a little bit more progressive. Two players that are in this lineup that wernt at the youth WC are bloody Reid and Wood who are EPL players! Surely we can line up in a 433/4231 or even a more aggressive 523 so we look to play. 

But I am sure Reid could talk through/control a back four whilst we could have a dynamic 3 of McCowatt/Just/plus 1/ all running off Wood. Thats what I was after.

Just looks lively, Lewis has had some nice passes but other than that, pretty disappointed. Looks like some nerves are on show. No shots at all, in the first half isnt good enough.

to be fair if we had started with 3 in the back we would probably be a few down by now. Reid wasn't looking too reliable!

Cacace has been the disappointment for me. Caught offside, quite a few bad passes, being left behind by his man.

that igham 2 for 1 was one of the best tackles i have ever seen!!

 I'm hoping it is because SK could be one of the best teams in the comp, and Hay thinks we need that extra presence at the back. Hopefully we will go back to our usual back 4 for the rest of the tournament, whatever result we end up with here.
