I don't know the answers apart from the obvious ones, Herbert and Maradona etc. My footballing his history is sh*te.

Israel have played in Asia/Oceania (when it was combined) and Europe. Kazakhstan switched from Asia to Europe about 10 years ago.

Well i actually thought it was panama because i read somewhere that panama (the country) used to be regarded as part of South America

But i was wrong, and you two are right...a quick trip to wikipedia sorted me out
