On the issue of races within the All Whites, if James Musa gets an All Whites cap would he be the first black player for our national team?

you could bang in Aaron Kingi there (played at every NZ level except All Whites) and his brother Gary.

Colin Tuaa is a Polynesian sorry, NZ first Poly Int as far as I'm aware.

NZ Maori football team would be pretty handy:

       Keeper
Reid   Kingi  Van Steden
Bertos Ngata Plodder S.Rufer
Coveny W.Rufer Fallon

Bench:

Sean Fallon

They'd give the AWs a decent run for their money

I remember Craig Johnston (Liverpool and Scotland) saying that Australia would never make it as a football power because it was "too rich", or something similar. He contrasted the comfortable life in suburban Australia to kids in inner city areas of the UK kicking balls or cans on the street, with football seen as a way to a better life, meaning these kids had that extra desperation to succeed.
