@ Jeff - Yes i do, However i read about it with a interview on David Chung back when CONCACAF wanted to change it. He said he will make sure Oceania would be given a fair draw (Or the draw in OFC's favour) as OFC had won its last two play-off's.
The draw happened 30 July 2011 and there were two bowls with two teams in each. With the way it worked out with the teams being pulled out and tied, It was %100 winners in one bowl and losers in another.
FIFA´s Secretary General Jerome Valcke draw the balls out of the bowls - I watched it there was not HAT? Where u got that from i have no idea. http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/preliminarydraw/draw.html
Either way with FIFA Politics running the show - I cant see CONCACAF just sitting back letting AFC and OFC have there way. I'm sure CONMEBOL couldn't care less.
Also with the news of AFC/OFC thing - Everything is reflecting on New Zealand's point of view for WC qualifying - Trying to get this point across to the other island nations is another - I think it would have to have the top two OFC sides in the last round of the AFC qualifying draw.
