I am the first to call someone out if I think they are talking bollocks and have thrown out the 'sauce of STFU' line a few times so I am happy to answer that.

If people know Neil and know his medical team, they will know exactly who I am talking about and the tie in and where it fits.

I might be an old objectionable prick with a shit attitude but troll I am not.
