Ramon might be good - but why has he settled for head coach of acfc rather than an assistant coach in a professional league? Seems to me he lacks ambition as well. Sure he applies for the Phoenix and the All Whites, but why is he here in the first place?
I would suggest that Ramon is well looked after to the point he has no need to coach elsewhere.

You think he's earning a couple of hundred grand or so at ACFC?

Regardless of pay it seems to indicate a lack of ambition, settle for a job of a (allegedly) professional team in a (supposedly) amateur league rather than try and make a name for himself in a bigger league.

I'm curious does anyone know how Ramon ended up in NZ in the first place? From what people say about his preperation, professionalism, and attention to detail he seems like a real coup for ACFC.
