Well the caliber of coaches that are being discussed here are also the caliber of coaches that countries like Papua New Guinea get - we should be able to attract significantly better coaches than PNG.
There are probably tons of coaches who are assistants to youth teams at the top of the premier league, or serie a or whatever that are frustrated with their lack of career momentum.
Confederations cup + world cup is a fairly big carrot - and might be worth four years out of footballs limelight, who knows how competitive it is out there.
