I disagree. What is going to happen if Ramon gets the job? Think of what would happen if it were any other job and a current employee of a leading candidate was on the interview panel. Surely that's an HR department's nightmare.
He's also been coached by Emblem so should be able to provide comparisons between the two. Probably highlights that it is likely down to those two.
