I still think 4-3-3 is the best formation.
four at the back is an absolute must.
Vicelich is still by far the best defensive midfielder we have and he needs to be the anchor man, screening the back four and sitting in the pocket behind the other 2 cental midfielders.
James and Mcglinchy to sit in the middle in front of Ivan
Kosta and Marco on the wings with Wood up top.
