So does this mean if any of these players receive a yellow they will miss the home leg?? Or do they not carry though to the play offs

Also did Ian Hogg receive a second yellow in the last game against Solomon Islands that carry's through? I seem to remember reading that somewhere..

(is this the match report? No yellow card for him there either...)
