Bleacherreport is a garbage website. They often get facts wrong, and to such a point that it appears as though they are made up. To be fair, I searched "Chicharito yellowcard costa rica" in google and several other sites also share the belief that he was:

I was watching the Telemundo broadcast, and while my Spanish is spotty at best, the reaction from the announcers paired with Chicharito's reaction lead me to believe that he was awarded a yellow as well. As mentioned above, it was rescinded, so be it, though there should have been some sort of presser or news update regarding it. Seems a bit off. Based on what I have been reading out of Mexico though, I do not think that he will feature in either match against the All Whites.
