Oh yeah, Plodder selection is indefensible. But some of the other complaints are a bit outlandish.
Yeah who exactly do people think would play LWB in place of Lochhead? NZ does not have a player available [for that position] who has played any big match of note that could compare to this play off. It would be a far bigger risk to play an unproven player there than one who has played 43 games and experience the pressure of such a game regardless of whether he has been playing recently. Lochhead is far from my favourite player but his selection is a simple one. Christie's on the other hand is just plain bollocks.
