Who is this "we" that he's talking about? Most of the players did their best. They did what most of us expected them to. HE let everyone down by picking players who aren't up to that level of football. Some were once, but aren't now, some never were. Stop passing the buck, man. YOU did it, no-one else.
Stop putting all the blame on the manager, players were rubbish. Some of the worse passing I have ever seen by us in that first half. And if we actually made tackles in defense mode it might of worked, it's how we approached every game in the world cup.
