yeah but it would sure add to the atmosphere.

whats the  deal with airhorns/flares/fires in the aisles after we qualify at the stadium? one of those airhorns would echo in the stadium.

So we've got the sheep organised. Now we need some people dressed like the Village People, the cops from CHIPS, the Flintstones......... Fkn hell.

You wouldn't get away with letting a flare off in the aisles at Parkhead or Old Trafford so why do you think you could do it at the ROF.

As for airhorns. I'm with Tegal on those.

It's only a matter of time till some numpty suggests those dumb ass thunderstick things that netball fans seem to love so much.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Hold on - are the team wearing white or black? I had just assumed it would be white. And will be wearing the Nike white shirt.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, thank god somebody noticed. Would you see Welsh fans wearing sheep costumes? Or Dutch fans wearing cow outfits? FFS

How about everyone wears what they want and others don't whine about it? Too much to ask I guess.

How about everybody wears what they want but don't actually have to start a thread discussing what they'd like to wear. Or will we start up a "What are you wearing this week" thread for all the home games from now on? This is the first football forum I've ever been involved in which has threads about what people plan to wear to a game. Jeez. Jag2009-10-13 08:59:07

Sorry to have caused you so much angst. It was a simple question about colours of shirts (ala YELLOW FEVER) which started it all, since I for one have no plans to wear a costume as such.

Anyway, have just confirmed with NZ Football that AWs are indeed wearing the WHITE strip. Mrs Cronus was correct!

Not angst at all, cronus.

Just amused at how this thread has grown and how much interest there seems to be in what everyone is wearing. I don't give a rat's if people want to go to the game dressed as mountain goats, although dressing in silly costumes to go to football matches isn't my thing, as long as every seat in the ROF is sold.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Does this mean Stefan will finally get away with wearing his white jeans?

Three for me, and two for them.

Some of you people need to lighten up. if people want to have some fun at the football, let them. if that involves a bit of 'pre meditated wackiness' then so be it. get over it. enjoy the occasion.

Fuck this stupid game

There is NEVER any excuse for those pants to be out in public.

Probably my season 2 phoenix shirt, as I don't own any white tops other than cricket shirts.  NZ flag cape and all whites scarf definitely goers though.

Couldn't see if this has been answered. But wont it look silly if majority of the crowd (Especially the White Noise Zone) is all in white, and the All Whites play in Black?

I don't want to dredge up the issue, of who thinks what strip is better and why, That was done and dusted a long while ago. But just interested if anyone knew 100%?
