Somewhat appalled by the display from Amicale tonight a lot of quite disgraceful thuggish behaviour from their players. I'm glad they didn't get the best runners up position in the semi finals.

Horrible game to watch - not helped by inept refereeing.   Right result in the end.

All kiwi final. The 2nd best team in wgtn v the 3rd best team in the world. Should be a cracker.

Don't want to sound patronizing or condescending but I really feel for TeeDubs even as a very biased Auckland City fan, I take joy at my team winning but I don't want to get too cocky about it because of the manner of this victory. Penalties are never satisfying. 

The match needed a more authoritative ref. There was a spiral of cynical fouls, and from my view Wellington were by far the worst culprits.

With Bale, Gwyther, Peverley, Lovemore, Feneridis, Hogg, there was a strong psycho-nutter core. Kind of a relief we won't be exporting that to the world stage.

New Zealand have certainly lost the moral high ground in any future complaints about Oceania mayhem.
