I think the current set-up needs a few tweaks here and there granted, but the current NL is fine on the whole. The summer/winter overlap needs some work, but I'd be disappointed to see the current format go. Keep it as it is for me, with a little refinement...

The last super club version in the early/mid nineties wasn't great and was propped up by tobacco money, which no longer exists. Not sure many clubs outside of Auckland (as well as in Auckland) could make it work financially, or if they can, unlikely beyond the first couple of seasons.
