ASB Premiership: Changes Needed Next Season

The 2 questions I will like answered about the Under 20 being allowed in the ASB Premiership:

1) will they be required to pay the same entry fee as the other seven clubs / franchise

2) will NZ Football take and extra payout from the FIFA O-League payout or with it only be among the other seven clubs / franchise

Also will they be relaxing the number of Youth Players required to be included on the team sheet in the ASB Premiership, as would assume the best talent, at least 20 players with be in the NZ Under 20 squad.
