And remember Monsef and Halligan were only competing against '2 strong' teams whereby Keith has struck at least 4 competitive teams in the past couple of years.
Please don't remind me of the Monsef and Halligan years they were certainly promoted to their level of incompetence - some direction to their adult players would have been fantastic....
