In other news Danny Knight recently headed off to Aussie - hence Lou Gordan as reserve keeper since the Christmas break and hear Sean Morris has resurfaced in Spain, so hard to see him back.

Appreciate all your updates, Gavin. Always keepng us well-informed.

Is Lou Gordan any good?

Luckily for the  Auckland City game next weekend, the City attack has been really blunted after Ryan de Vries has left the club (rumoured to be going to FC Gifu in Japan's J-2 league) and Emiliano Tade has been out inured for a while.

Yes I rate Lou (Lewis), been in the baby Dragons squad in recent years, players in goal for Universities in the MPL the other sason and currently on the books of ChCh United in the CCL.

The transfer of Ryan de Vries has been confirmed.

Will be interesting if any of Dragon's squad move during the current transfer window - high on the list is likely to be James Pendrigh and Francis de Vries - both having already stated they are looking to further their careers by signing for off-shore clubs.
