Not surprising,
It did seem poor form, questionable ethically and a slap to the fee paying local community, that after being given a job by Football South (which he seemed unqualified and lacking experience) he choose to play in Christchurch.
Sums up the inevitable failure of the Southern United/Football South experiment.

Sums up the lack of interaction from Football South/Southern United with the local football community.
