Be hard for Wests from here huh. Think they needed to finish above Napier to qualify for national league.

Maybe in the end of an era at Olympic? I see they’ve signed Jayden Rodwell from the OFC. I understand Miramar has someone lined up as well. Owen Smith I’m guessing?
I wouldn't go as far as to say it's the end of an era for Olympic just yet. Not winning a 6th title in a row doesn't neccassarily mean it's all coming to an end, for all we know so far it's just a hiccup. Looking at their squad they have a number of younger guys coming through so they'll probably remain relevant for a few more years, plus, being in the winter national league should give them a better ability to sign players.

That said, the OPL could have an impact on big clubs ability to remain at the top long-term, so that might be something to look out for.
Agree on the last part. It'll take 2-3 years to see the impact for a CF club like Olympic.

AFC and the OFC Pro League has taken a lot of positives out of ACFC in two years and it'll be interesting to see what the central league/national league will be like in 3-5 years.
