it's not exactly offensive, but it is kinda suggesting that Olympic as a team are thugs and I guess therefore Greeks aren't exactly great people either. If it was aimed at a team that wasnt so strongly recognized as being part of a particular community from one part of the world then it probably wouldnt be an issue. Agree, this is not appropriate for someone commentating. NCR/ CF should also make sure they are squeaky clean before they start making comments like that. Was watching NCR play a few weeks ago and the abuse that was coming from their supporters was appalling. They were actually directing the abuse at individual players in the opposition by name. Saying things that about them as people. The adage comes up. "It you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
