Congrats. That's a great result for Nelson football. Half of Canterbury's team that won the national youth league last season was in that Western outfit.
Nelson were classy all weekend. 3rd year at the tourney and they've been better each time. Only 2 ChCh teams in the top 6 
. Also well done to Dunedin Tech and Roslyn who put on a great show in the 3rd/4th play-off with Roslyn coming through in a penalty shootout. Great stuff. Out of town teams really raised the standard this year, that includes Waterside Karori who took out the National Girl's U19 title with a good 4-1 win over Coastal Spirit. Great weekend all round.
