Not stand still looking at the girls in the stand and smiling at Rab Smith's zoom lens. Not waddle around pretending to look busy. Not jog gently with a nice breeze at your back. Even donkey-like centre backs have to actually run their arses off for 90 mins in order to be positioned perfectly ALL the time.
