Are the rumors true that James Govan is changing clubs in order to push for a starting united spot?
That makes no sense:
(1) He's a Roslyn boy - his blood is horse coloured and he's staying.
(2) RM isn't the Otago coach next year and no-one (not even me) knows who that is yet - so if he's leaving he doesn't know where he's going.
(3) The real goss is this; Matt Joy is joining Pat Fleming at Miramar because he fancies himself and Ben Sigmund, Joel Stevens is going to Central United, Tom has been signed by the Phoenix cos he's the only one that's any good, Gannon has found God and promises not to kick anyone anymore even if he does play for GI, Day is depressed and is gonna take up marathons now, Liam Little is staying at Cavy as he's settling down and having kids, Jude is quite serious about his football and is going to Three Kings or back to Miramar, Aajay is considering a shift to Aussie, Ferguson is seeing Alcoholics Anonymous, Mepham is going on a spiritual voyage to Nepal, Horner is coming out of the closet, Burgess is staying at Tech and reckons he'll be the FSPL top scorer for the next 10 years cos everyone else is shite, Da Costa reckons the team is doing great but just needs a bit more Cab Sav and sexy football - needless to say he's so popular with the girls his nights are tied up for the next two years in advance and he will continue to look fatigued at training, Colicott is so confused about what to do with his facial hair he's considering joining either a convent or a zoo, Ryder loves his own arse so much he's strained his neck looking in the mirror and is out for six months, Pete Evans is the only normal one and he's just chilling with a beer or two.
