He's also made Canty clearly his home, and is there for the long haul. I'm sure the ChCh Utd players & staff know that. 

They won't like being unpaid forever (if that rumour is true), but eventually some sort of peace will come to Ukraine. Though it's all a bit depressing at the moment. So they will likely have to be patient. For how long who knows.

But Meyn isn't a 'fly by night' operators like some previous NZ football owners/backers. So don't imagine is the end of ChCh Utd or anything.
