So uh, little update. Northern is now being watched for "Anti-Social behaviour". Southern Football is sending a representitive to keep an eye on us at the derby and the referee is being instructed to halt the game in case of innapropriate chants and is permitted to call off the game if bad behaviour persists.
Now obviously I'm pretty biased here since I play for Northern but I feel like we haven't been bad enough to warrant such scrutiny. I wouldn't say we've been saints but we've done a decent job at keeping each other in line, immediately shutting down anything that crossed a line and what not. If people from other clubs want to chip in with their own perspective feel free but I really don't think we've been so bad we need to be kept under a microscope.
Idk, I find it somewhat frustrating since we've been self-regulating and going above and beyond with the Christchurch trip for example (I feel tired just thinking of that road trip). Not gonna stop us from having a fun derby though, even if we have to hold back.
Again if others think Northern have been out of control let me know, I might be unable to see it since I'm with the club.
