Round the bays or skirt around to Newtown and go over Constable street. On a Sunday avoid the Terrace Tunnel to the Mount Vic. Tunnel exit at all costs. I usually leave home about 45-50 minutes before have a couple of pick-ups in town and still make it in plenty of time.
