Semi-Finals LOCKED IN: What you need to know as Mariners, Adelaide progress to final four

The winners of each two-legged Semi-Final will qualify for the Ninja A-League Women 2025 Grand Final, with the highest placed team earning the right to host the Grand Final, which is set to be played on May 17 or 18.

I'll be in Darwin a few days before this (ahem) and coming home via Melbourne doesn't make flights that much more expensive (gambling on at least one of the Melbourne teams making it, which isn't guaranteed but seems likely).

Going by past years, if it is in Melbourne would they choose a larger venue like AAMI Park? Looks like there'll be a pretty short window to buy tickets, so hopefully they won't all be snapped up by fans of the two finalists.

The "17 or 18 May" thing is a slight worry for me because I have to be back at work on the Monday morning, making Sunday 18th too late. Is that likely a contingency day in case of weather, or is there a good chance they'll schedule the game for then? At least AAMI Park doesn't show any events on the 17th yet, if that's where it ends up.

And last but not least, if Melbourne does host the grand final that weekend is anyone keen for pre-game drinks at Pink Lemonade, this year's VicNix favourite?
