There is a set number of tickets set aside for travelling Arsenal fans that the local fan clubs can apply for, including Arsenal NZ. DM me and I’ll get you the number for the organiser.

If the hospitality packages are out of budget then I would think your best chance would be via the NZ supporters club. Sign up if you're not already a member. https://arsenalnewzealand.co.nz/
Official supporters clubs get an allocation for each game so you'll need to apply that way.
