Said it before the first leg, but I do think this group going to Wembley and lifting a cup together could do wonders and kickstart winning the bigger things. The other big clubs have all used this to start their runs of winning trophies. It also gets rid of the pressure the "no trophies" narrative comes with. Appreciate it's not the CL but I don't see why winning it would be anything other than a good thing. It didn't look like it was meaningless to the players at least.
