Think it's good business. We needed someone if Saliba is really out long term as we'd have been in trouble is Mosquera went down too while White and Timber have their own injury issues. For the price I assume he's coming in ahead of Mosquera. Might make his debut at Villa next week lol.
We still have a tendency to think about fees from years ago, but this is probably the going rate now for an experienced player from a top 4 club within the league who also starts for the national team (played all 8 games at the WC with 7 starts). It's the kind of signing from within the league that Wenger never wanted to try. Imagine even a few years ago thinking Arsenal would make up half the England team. Love to see it after all the years of supporting players I spent the season hating lol.
