Lampard's red card was a joke,I think at full speed though, it looks like he intends a studs up challenge and that's all the referee needs
(even though he clearly wins the ball before being hacked by Alonso)...intent. However Bosingwa should get banned for that pathetic challenge at the end of the game when he blatantly kicks out in frustration.

I never saw the Everton cup game, although a great flick from Torres to set up Stevie! Wigan game was disappointing at best. But this morning was superb. We created far better chances even before the sending off, although that defo helped us win. Torres...I love that man! Chelsea offered nothing up front...Malouda was awful, as was Kalou, Anelka and Drogba. They were marshalled well by our defence and didnt really get the ball enough thanks to Xabi (who is so class) and Monster. Great result. United are starting to look the business, but we just have to keep winning and then we'll see how it goes.
With all the critism of Rafa...who would you bring in if we were to sack him? He's a great manager. This is new territory for a lot of our players, so we should be supporting the team.
