But my point was, he's done that and now he has had more years than Rafa to build on the foundations he laid for his style of management- hence why he has won more trophies. Rafa is only just getting to that stage now. As for the war chest, we could very possibly be bankrupt soon, but we havent spent nearly as much as Chelsea and havent had the years to build that United has. Which is why United and Chelsea have dominated the League in recent years.
