Who would/should replace Rafa then and could Liver-pool afford a new manager I mean in terms of set up cost i.e new coaching staff, new players etc etc

Think the real root of all the probs started with the owners and, sadly, I think Rafa's fate will be in the hands of whoever buys out Hicks and Gillett.
Those f*ckers know about as much as running a football club as I know about quantum physics, and have done more damage than Rafa or any of the players have done over their tenure.
If we get sold, Rafa will more than likely be replaced, but by who depends entirely on who (if anyone) buys us out...
