I was teasing...

Upon reflection/ a second viewing: Carra was boss. The desire was f**king quality, from the huddle to when he chased that ball down and won the corner- he really wanted it. I thought Kyrgiakos would struggle against Defoe/Crouch. I was wrong. Him and Skrtel were monsters back there. A great performance. Insua was decent, Lucas was decent, but it is great to have Javier back. An incredible player. Degen continues to surprise me with his actually lively performances! It was nice to see Riera out there, who offered us a natural left foot. Kuyt was amazing. He ran his arse off (as usual) and got two goals which he deserved (not as usual!).

And Aquilani at times was unplayable. What a footballer. It remains to be seen whther he will be out injured a lot, or if he can adapt to English football and all that jazz. But what a player. Cultured as f**k. And that back-heel...

Loved when 'Arry and the entire Spurs bench was talking to the 4th official. And Rafa went over there and was talking. Then, he looked at all the Spurs pricks and called Sammy over to join him. Hero. Shaking all the fans hands as he went down the tunnel. Hero. And the support... Spine-tingling. Great atmosphere.
