The this and quote buttons aren't showing up in the app for me

Having been having same problem for a while. Have logged out and back again. Have turned it off and turned it on again. Have unplugged from the wall (pretty much all help desk options exhausted)
Have you tried kicking or hitting it very hard and yelling at it to "fudgeing work!"..?
