Split Asia into East and West and have Oceania merge with the East. Everyone wins! ;)
The way the East are going at the moment they would be the loser. Rather than 5 spots to aim for (have gotten 7/8 for last two WCs), that scenario would see probably only 3 to aim for. 2.5 spots each for East (+ Oceania) and West, rather than the 4.5 now. Unlikely that we would finish in the top 3 in the East ever.
