Australia win the shootout!
Looks like they replaced Ryan at 120 mins for Redmayne to face the shootout, along with Goodwin for Behich.
Brave decision by Arnold to bring on Redmayne for the shoot out. The commentators were very obviously dubious about it and if it hadn't gone well for them Arnold would've been publicly flogged by the media.

I remember the Dutch did it in the worldcup in 2014. It makes sense if a game's going to pens. Redmayne would have been able to practice pens almost exclusively in training, and more importantly memorise how each player in Peru had taken them before. It also unsettles the other team.

Fly over Paulsen and put him on the bench. Sure it's a small sample size, but don't remember another NZ keeper seemingly being as good as him in a shootout!
