I think A-League and PSL really have to look at this to improve their game. European and Saudi teams have a built in advance beside vast amounts of money against other League

There was a rumour from North African Journalist that the Saudi League top teams wanted to create a competition with Africa's big clubs. For African clubs this was going to be huge because of Saudi financing. For Saudi this connect would feel more natural for them than Asia. This game proves such a tournament would be very fruitful.

Saudis are not happy about the result.
Their commentators are angry at the Ivan Toney offside decision by VAR officials. They claim that the presents of CAF President and Mamelodi Sundowns owner, Pat Motsepe had something to do with it.
They go further and bringing in the whole fiasco of Senegal vs Morocco in the African Nations Cup final as evidence of interference.
No doubt it's hard losing especially when you have invested multiple millions of pounds in your squad.
