My boss put money on a 2-2 draw. I told him that would never happen.

Can anyone tell me how Steven Pienaar avoided getting even a yellow for that two foot, studs up tackle from behind on the French defender earlier? The reffing at this Cup has taken a horrible nose dive in quality recently.

Goodbye France, it was fun having you at the World Cup! And hard luck South Africa, just not enough in the end. Sad to see you go, but could you take your horns with you?

Goodbye France, you generally a disgrace to football, you will not be missed.

Bittersweet for South Africa, a good win, but not getting through.

You nailed it right into the managers coffin.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Disappointing seeing them go so early but wow am I glad to see the back of Domenech.  I just don't understand how a squad of such phenomenal players can perform so poorly.  Really is mind-boggling.

Still, no denying that Djibril Cisse is the man.  Aside from being great to watch when he's on form his tattoo's are wicked and his beard is extreme.  Should try and sign him, Terry.

Are you sure? I didn't see a handshake, but they were talking for a minute or so together.

Stoked the french are gone. Normally they play some good footy but they've generally come across as petulant c**ts this time.

Have just read the papers, and see it was true. He was certainly giving Perreira an earful, but it looked fairly amicable. Obviously not though.

Evra has vowed that he will reveal the truth behind all the players revolting et al. Could be the most interesting thing about them this Cup.
