For a third time offence, probably a few weeks in prison. Plus the lifelong criminal record. In fact, I'm not sure why these things can't be dealt with in a court or law in addition to any football sanctions. Each bite has broken the law. If you bit someone in your office you would be disciplined both by your employer, and the justice system.
