Uh oh...

UEFA have ordered the final 18 Secs of the England v Norway U19 Womans European Championship qualifier to be replayed as the Ref did not apply the Laws of the game correctly....

ie. Following a scored England penalty with English players encroaching in the box, the Ref awarded an indirect free kick to Norway instead of having the penalty kick re-taken.

Whilst the wrong decision was made, the Refs decision should be final.

Could this open the floodgates for future appeals, replays, litigation when teams miss out on promotion, cups, $$$millions etc due to refereeing errors / wrong application of the Laws of the Game ?
