Watched the game. Though the Matildas were the better team overall They certainly deserve to progress out of there group.
But I thought today the 3rd goal should have been disallowed as Kerr jumped for the ball in an off side position and even though she didn't touch the ball influenced the decision making of the Brazilian defence. This has become a real grey area in football now since the introduction of VAR and the new recommendation for linemen to delay raising their flags for offside.
Todays decision opens the door for players to influence offside play-on situations by distracting defenders into mistakes. Very grey area now for me.
