I wonder if fifas fascination with the fax comes back to the GSCB? there is obviously corruption with this organization and by reverting to old technology perhaps they have found a way around them? If anyone else can explain a more logical explanation I am all ears
It is simply this. Fax is the one technology that ALL FIFA members nations are sure to have.
So, as Andrew Gourdie (on Twitter last week) put it "FUN FACT: all official communication at FIFA level is via fax. "
