They are at the very bottom of one of five divisions in the 4th tier.

Would we follow a kiwi playing for Rushall Olympic or North Ferriby United?

I would think the 4th tier is at least equal to conference football in England. A lot of current German internationals have played a decent amount of football at this level until their late teens/early twenties.
